Every listing on this platform carries one of four tiers. A lower tier isn't hidden or penalized — it's simply less independently checked, so you know what you're looking at before you engage.

• Tier 0 — Self-declared

  The lister has stated these details themselves. Nothing here has been independently checked yet — treat it the way you'd treat any classified ad, and do your own due diligence before proceeding.

• Tier 1 — Identity Verified

  The lister has completed an identity check (NIN/BVN plus a liveness match, not just a number typed into a form) — so you at least know who you're dealing with. This does not verify the property itself.

• Tier 2 — Documents Provided

  The lister has uploaded title or survey documents, and our team has done a manual spot-check of what was submitted. This is document review, not independent title verification — it is not a guarantee the underlying property is free of dispute.

• Tier 3 — Independently Verified

  An independent, contracted check has been carried out on this listing — the highest tier available today. Still not a legal guarantee; always do your own due diligence for any property purchase in Nigeria.
